Patient information

Before you
come in.

Do I need a referral to be seen?+

No. You can call the clinic directly and our staff will arrange an appointment with the most appropriate psychiatrist or psychologist.

What are the clinic timings?+

Outpatient clinics run six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Emergency support is available 24 hours through the clinic numbers.

Can a family member stay with an admitted patient?+

Yes. The inpatient unit follows an open-door policy and families are encouraged to stay with the patient in their private room.

Is treatment confidential?+

Completely. Clinical information is never shared outside the treating team without the patient's consent.

What should I bring to a first appointment?+

Any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries or investigation reports, and, if possible, a family member who knows the history well.

Do you see children and adolescents?+

Yes. We have a child psychologist on the team and our psychiatrists assess patients across the age spectrum.

Can a doctor visit us at home?+

Yes. Our home service allows a specialist doctor to assess and manage a patient at home when coming to the clinic is not possible.

How do I book an appointment online?+

Online booking is being prepared. For now, please call 042-35759327 and our staff will guide you.

Still unsure?

Our staff will talk it through.
